Charles City County Public Schools

The Department of Teaching, Learning and Accountability provides leadership and support to the faculty and schools to foster excellence in teaching and learning in all educational programs as well as provide student support services.   With the responsibility for data collection and analysis to meet division, state, and federal reporting requirements, this department provides the analytical support in using data to help inform instructional decisions and guide the implementation of the division strategic plan and the schools' improvement plans in order to increase student achievement.
