Proof of income/SNAP Eligibility Letter
Physical/immunization form
Proof of Residency
Completing the application process does not guarantee a spot for your child. Acceptance is based upon Federal guidelines for Head Start and based upon Virginia Preschool Initiative (VPI) guidelines. All applicants must reside in Charles City County and be 3 or 4 years old by September 30, 2025.
