New Website and ParentSquare
Dear CCPS Families and Community,
We’re excited to announce the launch of our newly redesigned CCPS websites!
The new site was built with you in mind—offering a more modern look, easier navigation, and improved access to the information that matters most to families and the broader community.
What you’ll find:
- A mobile-friendly design for easy access on any device
- Streamlined menus and search tools to help you quickly find what you need
- Dedicated pages for schools, departments, news, and events
- Seamless integration with ParentSquare alerts and posts, making it easier to stay connected and informed

ParentSquare App:
This year, administration and staff will use ParentSquare as the mainstream for communication.
Getting Started is Easy:
- Download the ParentSquare app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Open the app and select Sign Up.
- Register using the same email address or phone number you have on file with your child's school.
- Follow the prompts to activate your account and customize your notification preferences.
Once you're connected, you'll be able to:
- Receive school and district announcements
- Communicate directly with teachers and staff
- View calendars, events, and reminders
- Stay informed about weather delays, closures, and emergency notifications
- Receive messages in your preferred language
We’re committed to making our digital presence as clear, accessible, and helpful as possible. Over the next few weeks, we’ll continue to refine content and features—and we welcome your feedback along the way.
